What is a Good Service Mind in Business

Raining and storming day;
I get on jeep; some jeep wet the long chair as I passenger it was not comfortable, other jeep prepared some duster for the passenger’s seat that time as a passenger I felt a pleasant mood.

Also I get on tricycle the driver prepared that the seating armchair was barricaded by driver for no more raining inside. But other driver prepared that barricaded in front of his seating place.
So his face and clothes did not wet but passenger’s clothes and face wet.
I thoughts the driver’s service mind, which he did not concerned his passenger’s situation of the seating armchair. So raindrops were inside and it sprayed my face and clothes. So I opened my umbrella toward outside.

Sunny day, I get on Mega taxi( Fx), that time sunlight penetrated inside car, I sat beside window, it was so hot and my face change into red just like sunburn so me and other passengers felt not good mood.
On the contrary, some Fx(car)were draw curtain over window so the air was cool it was pleasing to passenger.

In the Philippine, have super big Mall; it is everywhere same Mall. Sometimes my friend and me went there, super market or inside Mall, we walked up and dawns at least feel tired so we want sit down but there was no more bench even have but few.
More or less, exaggeratedly speaking, the Mall collects all Philippine’s money but the owner of the service mind is so stinginess.

When I was fall in long line to buy groceries, the moment, I felt that
the owner, how much steal all customer’s time?
We have a golden saying, “time is gold”; the owner strict to the workers to keep their working time but they steal costumer’s golden time. Because when we line up in the long line, we used our golden time for waiting only and cash.
If the owner thought about it then, they hired more cashiers. It means that there are more cashiers to receive money from customers. In the result, customers wait for a short time for cash.
But if they have more many employees, of course they will pay bigger money for the employee’s salary. So they are regardless it.

In other side, recently there is a big new Mall, it is different when compare to old Mall; there is many benches for the customer so customers walked up and down and left and right side. If they feel tired they can sit anywhere. And the super market has also many cashiers so no need wait long time. So I like this Mall because the owner of business mind already considered for customers when he drew the blueprint of the big building.

Through my emotional experiences, I criticized our environmental commerce as a passenger and customer what is a great business mind? What is a good service mind?
First of all, it needs not only profit but also good service mind to pleasing the customers, human being.
